The PLW Plush Range is a step up from the Original Range, longer life and slightly thicker, authentic Brazilian-origin hair that is silk-smooth, impeccably thick from root to tip, and available in a curated spectrum of shades.

Each bundle can be washed & heat-styled as normal and with correct aftercare and the use of PLW paraben and sulphate-free maintenance products, offers an expected lifespan of around 18 months for lighter shades, 24 months for darker shades.

Lengths in this range are available in 20" allowing you to create seamlessly tailored looks from natural enhancement to full, statement length.

Return Policy 

To uphold the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, returns and exchanges are only accepted for hair that is completely unopened, unworn, and retained in its original, undamaged packaging. Any item that has been opened, handled, installed, worn, or otherwise altered, or where the packaging shows signs of tampering or damage, will be deemed ineligible for return or refund.

We kindly ask that you verify the shade, style, and quality of your purchase before proceeding with installation, so that any concerns can be raised while the hair remains in a fully resalable condition. All extensions should be applied and removed by a qualified professional; any damage arising from services carried out by a salon, stylist, or third party is exclusively a matter between the client and that provider.

Correct maintenance and the use of recommended aftercare products are essential to preserving the condition of the hair. We are unable to accept responsibility for issues resulting from improper care, incorrect application, or the use of non-approved products. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and submitted in advance by email, stating your full name, the reason for return & order No.

Faulty Hair

Customers are responsible for all postage costs associated with returning items, as well as any delivery charges incurred for dispatching exchanged products. As human hair becomes a consumable product once worn, any concerns relating to quality must be reported within 1 month of purchase; beyond this, any review of the product is at our discretion.

Where a quality concern is raised, all hair relating to that query must be received by us within 5 days of notification. Following inspection and testing, hair found not to be faulty, or where issues are attributable to incorrect application or aftercare, will be returned to you without replacement. If a genuine manufacturing fault is identified, we will provide a like-for-like replacement equivalent to the total amount of hair returned.
